Anastasi holds two pharmacist certifications. She has an integrated Master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Medicine, Albania and holds a permit to practice the pharmacy profession in Germany.She has over 10 years of experience in the field of public pharmacy. As a pharmacy manager, she was overseeing the daily business operations, such as managing the inventory, dispensing prescription medications and advising patients to ensure adherence to treatments. In addition, she was in charge of increasing awareness and education on seasonal conditions and providing health advice.

Since 2020, she has been working in the field of production at MYCB1. As the head of Quality Assurance, she oversees the end to end production process and is responsible for delivering the highest quality possible. Furthermore she is involved in drafting GMP documentation and is responsible for MYCB1's compliance with GMP rules.
