Peter spent over 25 years leading marketing powered businesses around the world, creating strategy, building diverse teams, driving change programmes and delivering performance.

He lived and worked in the UK, China, The Netherlands and Ireland, leading national regional and global businesses. He developed the belief that leadership is the critical factor in business success; and coaching is the key to sustainable leadership, team development and talent retention. He devotes his energy to coaching and mentoring a range of professionals to enjoy and increase their success.
