Estefania has over 15 years of commercial banking (ING Bank) and investment management experience (Triodos Investment Management).

The last 10 years she has been active in emerging markets where she focused on the structured financing of energy and fertilizer producers in Russia, CIS and MENA, supported the bank to reach a top-leading position in this market.

In January 2015 she joined Triodos Investment Management where she covers the Latin American inclusive finance market with debt, mezzanine and private equity instruments.
