Bram has gained over 10 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and business development as a growth capital investor. In 2017, he co-founded Aegon Growth Capital, a EUR 100 million pan-European growth capital fund, and led deal execution and sourcing at the firm. Bram assisted in the operational setup of the fund and was responsible for all acquisitions, serving on many of the boards. Currently, he advises the AGC fund as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of one of the portfolio companies, Phinance (PL). Prior to setting up the AGC fund, Bram worked as an all-round M&A professional in a multitude of buy and sell-side transactions, shareholder restructurings, and joint venture partnerships. His notable accomplishments include the sale of EUR 7.4 billion AuM to the PE firm Cinven Capital, the sale of five joint ventures in Spain, and the setup of a EUR 220 million partnership deal with Santander.
